How it works

A simple path from setup to steady output

01

Add the answers you trust

Give Charigent the facts, files, and rules it should use for each answer.

02

Add it where people talk

Start with your busiest place. Add text, email, voice, or messages when they help.

03

Send hard website chats to a person

A website visitor can ask for a person. Your team gets the earlier chat in the Support Inbox. Other places use their own connected service.

Pricing fit

Starter lets you build answers from your own information. Your plan and service setup decide which messages, calls, and connections are ready. Business can do more within your rules, connect supported outside AI accounts for a 5% fee, and add developer access.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is multi-channel customer support?
Answering the same customer questions wherever people ask them — a website chat widget, team chat tools such as Slack, Discord, Google Chat and LINE, messaging apps, email, and SMS — from one Charigent and one set of approved knowledge, instead of maintaining a separate bot for every channel.
Do I have to set up each channel separately?
Yes. Every channel needs its own connection and credentials, and each one should be tested before you point customers at it. What is shared is the Charigent itself: its knowledge sources and instructions are written once and used by all of them.
Can I see messages from every channel in one place?
The Social Inbox brings comments, mentions, and direct messages from connected social accounts into a single view, with routing rules that decide which inbox a message lands in. The Social Inbox requires Pro at $49 per month.
Can a person take over a conversation?
Yes. Human handoff is configurable and each handoff is recorded. On website chat you set the phrases and conditions that route a conversation to a person, and their reply comes back into the same thread.
Does the Charigent keep context when a customer switches channels?
Charigent resolves contact identity across channels and can carry conversation context between them, so someone who starts on one channel and continues on another does not have to repeat the whole story.
Which plan do I need for multi-channel support?
Starter at $19 per month covers 3 Charigents and common chat channels. Pro at $49 per month adds public website chat and the Social Inbox. Business at $99 per month adds API access and 50 Charigents.
