Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 2026 - This page explains how Charigent uses cookies and similar technologies.

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Charigent does not use third-party advertising cookies. We use only the categories below to operate, secure, and improve the service.

1. Essential Cookies

Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. They help with secure sign-in, session continuity, CSRF protection, abuse prevention, and basic product operation.

If you block essential cookies, important parts of Charigent may not work correctly.

1a. Specific Cookies in Use

The table below lists the cookies Charigent sets directly. Cookies set by embedded third-party services (Stripe, OAuth providers, Google Analytics) are governed by those providers; their cookie policies are linked from our subprocessor list.

2. Preference Cookies

Preference cookies may store choices such as language, consent state, or interface settings so we can give you a more consistent experience across visits.

3. Limited Measurement and Product Analytics

Charigent may use limited first-party measurement tools to understand product usage, diagnose issues, and improve reliability. We do not use cross-site advertising profiles or ad-targeting cookies.

4. Third-Party Services

Some embedded or connected services may set their own cookies when you interact with them directly. Examples can include payment providers, authentication providers, or support tooling. Those cookies are governed by the relevant third party.

5. Your Choices

  • Use the consent controls presented on the site where available.
  • Change your browser settings to block or clear cookies.
  • Be aware that disabling essential cookies may break login and account features.
