Frequently asked questions

Can one Charigent subscription cover work for multiple clients?
Yes. A single workspace holds the content, images, Charigents, and flows you run for every client. Starter includes 3 Charigents and 3 flows, Pro includes 10 of each, and Business includes 50 Charigents with unlimited flows.
How much client material can I upload?
Starter includes 50 knowledge sources, Pro includes 200, and Business has no set limit. A source can be a document you upload, a web page you point at, or text you paste in.
Can an agency use its own AI provider accounts?
Business supports connecting your own provider keys for supported services including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and ElevenLabs. Provider usage then bills to your own account, and Charigent adds a 5% platform routing fee on requests that run through your keys.
Can we brand the chat widget for each client?
Yes. Widget colors, logo, greeting, font, and placement are configurable. Widgets require Pro, which includes 3, and Business includes 10. The exact branding controls available vary by plan.
Which AI models can an agency use?
Every paid plan includes all six model tiers, from Economy through Premium and Reasoning. Heavier models simply draw more credit per request, so you match the model to the job instead of to your plan.
How many social accounts can an agency connect?
Starter connects 3 social accounts, Pro connects 5, and Business connects 15. Publishing, scheduling, and the unified Social Inbox run from those connections, with the Social Inbox available from Pro.
