If you believe content accessible through Charigent infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice".

Your notice should include:

• Your full legal name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL or enough information to locate the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
• A statement that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to the reported material, notify the affected user, and investigate the claim. We reserve the right to request additional detail before taking action.

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same contact address. Your counter-notice should include enough information for us to identify the removed material, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error, your consent to the appropriate jurisdiction if required by law, and your signature.

Charigent may suspend or terminate accounts that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices where appropriate.

Knowingly submitting false or bad-faith notices or counter-notices can create legal liability. Send notices only when you have a good-faith basis to do so.
