Who it's for

Built for builders and agencies

Digital agencies

Offer chat under each client's brand. Keep that client's files and chat settings in order.

SaaS products

Add an AI assistant to a supported product without building the chat window and document search yourself.

Enterprise teams

Create company-branded assistants. On Business, you can connect supported AI service accounts for a published 5% platform fee.

Setup

Set up, test, and embed in three steps

01

Create your Charigent

Name it, choose how it should sound, and add the files it should use.

02

Match and test the chat

Choose the colors, logo, greeting, and place on the page. Test it before you share it.

03

Approve a website

Add the customer site to your approved list, then install the code on that site.

Match the chat to your brand

Use your logo, colors, and fonts so website chat feels like part of your product or client site.

Choose where it can appear

Keep a public chat window limited to the customer-facing sites you approve.

Answers from your content

Add product guides, FAQs, and help articles so Charigent can find useful facts for each chat.

Use your own AI service account

Business can connect supported outside AI accounts. Charigent charges the published 5% platform fee and keeps its normal safety limits.

Add it to supported sites

Copy the code into a site that allows outside chat tools.

Keep many Charigents in order

Manage many chatbots from one dashboard. Make one for each client, product, or job.

Brand one chatbot before you roll it out to every client

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I put my own branding on the chatbot?
Yes. The chat widget takes your logo, colors, fonts, greeting, and placement on the page, so it reads as part of your product or your client's site rather than as a bolted-on third-party tool.
Can I run a separate chatbot for each client?
Yes. Each client can be its own Charigent with its own knowledge sources and settings, all managed from one dashboard. Starter includes 3 Charigents, Pro includes 10, and Business includes 50.
Where can the chatbot be embedded?
Into sites that permit third-party scripts — you paste a generated script tag, and no platform-specific plugin is required. You also approve which domains a public chat window may appear on, so a widget cannot be lifted onto a site you did not authorize.
How many chat widgets does each plan include?
Widgets require Pro at $49 per month, which includes 3. Business at $99 per month includes 10. Starter does not include public website widgets.
Can I use my own AI provider account?
Yes, on Business. You connect a supported provider key, provider usage then bills to your own account, and Charigent charges a published 5% platform routing fee while keeping its normal safety limits in place.
What does the chatbot base its answers on?
The product guides, FAQs, and help articles you upload. Charigent indexes those sources and draws its answers from them, and you should test the results against real questions before the widget goes in front of customers.
