Choose Standard or Frontier

Standard produces portrait video in 2K Ultra Quality with a polished look. It works best when you want a clip that starts with one saved image. Frontier is 720p and can use as many saved reference images as the tier allows. It works best when you want more of the character’s saved images in one clip. Frontier does not generate audio.

Prepare your references

Choose a Charigent and load its saved images before asking for a quote. Standard uses the first saved image to start the clip. Frontier uses the number of saved references allowed for that tier. If the images do not load, check the saved pack and try again.

Review the per-second quote

Standard costs $0.35 per requested second, with a 5-second minimum ($1.75). Frontier costs $0.90 per requested second, with a 4-second minimum ($3.60). Talking Avatar costs $0.15 per delivered second, with a 5-second minimum ($0.75). Review the full quote before you approve.

Who can use each tier

Starter can use Standard video with plan credits. Pro and Business can also use Frontier video, Talking Avatar, and Portrait images. BYOK is for active or trialing Business and Enterprise subscriptions.

What the trial includes

An individual trial lasts 7 days, requires a payment card, and grants 50% of the selected plan's monthly credits. It includes character preparation, one watermarked 5-second Standard video preview, and one 4-image Budget pack. The preview and pack use trial credits. Frontier video, Talking video, and full reels are not included. The plan starts and bills automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. We email you 3 days before the first charge.

Credits and failed jobs

There are no daily spend or job-count limits. Each job still checks your prepaid credits and the provider balance before it starts.

If the provider does not charge us, all held credits return. If the provider charges us for an objectively failed shot, credits return when the job charge is at or below the captured $5.00 threshold. Above that threshold, one free regeneration of the failed shots is offered instead. Portrait includes one initial take and at most one objective-defect replacement. These are wallet credits, never a cash refund.

If a job has an unknown result, its hold releases after 24 hours. A late provider result will not cause a later charge.

Payment and safety checks

3D Secure applies to wallet top-ups and first payments when the amount is strictly greater than $100.00, or when Stripe Radar flags elevated risk. Stripe Radar checks stay on.

NSFW content is not allowed. Safety checks run on uploads and other content entry points.
