Fan access, tips, and memberships
For an access pass, the code allocates 80% of the access-fee base to the creator and 20% as the platform fee. Prepaid usage credits are not part of that share. For tips and memberships, Charigent applies a 20% fee to the discounted pre-tax amount. Stripe processing fees can also affect the amount you receive.
Set up payouts
Creator payouts use Stripe Connect. Complete the account setup and any identity checks shown by Stripe. A sale is not the same as an available payout. Check your payout balance and status before counting on funds.
Affiliate commissions
The published program lists a 25% recurring Tier 1 rate for up to 12 months. It lists 30% for partners with at least 20 active direct referrals. Tier 2 referrals can earn a 5% override for up to 12 months. Program rules, account status, and balance checks apply. Rates do not promise earnings.
Availability and timing
Fan payments can be turned off until the account or feature is enabled. Affiliate commissions and withdrawals may be held while the system checks eligibility and balances. Only rely on amounts that the dashboard marks available.
